Ms. Bishop brings several years of experience both as a director of customer communications for national, niche marketing initiatives and as a manager for a solution provider of advanced, customer-focused communications systems.
As Director of Communications for Choctaw Communications, Inc. (dba Smoke Signal Communications), Ms. Bishop oversaw the implementation and management of a communications infrastructure that handled over 65,000 prospect and customer contacts per month. She was the principal manager in charge of integrating customer care, communications, information technology, and third party resources in order to streamline customer acquisition processes and increase customer retention. Ms. Bishop also was instrumental in developing and maintaining the infrastructure that supported Smoke Signal’s leading marketing strategies, which are employed by TributeDirect™: direct response advertising and alliance partnerships.
Ms. Bishop spent four years as Business Manager for Automated Voice & Data Systems, a provider of advanced IP-based, computer-telephony integrated solutions built for large-scale customer care operations.
Prior to this, Ms. Bishop has held management positions in marketing, sales, and administration for several successful entrepreneurial firms.
Ms. Bishop earned a B.A. Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and has completed several customer-focused communications and human resource management courses.
